Free Noon Time Presentation – This Week – SPROUTING food
Sprouting–food for all seasons and circumstances. Ra, Lodestar Grassroots Co-Op member and ceramic studio instructor, has been perfecting sprouting food for decades. He will share his techniques and offer advice. A number of different sprouting apparatus will also be on display.
In the Lodestar Loft – Writer’s Discussion – This Week: Dr. Tom Thompson “Borders” – 1:00 p.m.
Anthropologist and Lodestar Grassroots Co-Op member, Dr. Tom Thompson, will host a discussion on borders. Having lived and worked in the Middle East, Thompson has experienced the cultures of this controversial region and the political borders that emerged out of the historic conflict.
