World Labyrinth Day: Walking As One

We are members of the International Labyrinth Society. You are welcome to walk the Labyrinth and sign our guest walk book. Just give us a call ahead of time. Please make a point of joining us for World Labyrinth Day (WLD) May 2, 2026 where we create a unified wave of peace around the world by Walking as One at 1:00 (13:00). World Labyrinth Day in Educational Settings (WLDES) during the week prior encourage educational communities to participate in the worldwide movement of walking collectively with an intention for peace. There can be no better time than right now to do just that.

EARTH TRIBES Homesteading Retreat

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the high-desert, eat fresh organic food, and connect with like-minded current & future homesteaders.

Hillside Farmers Market

WHEN: Every Saturday 10-2, May 30th to October

WHERE: US Hwy 61, 3.2 Miles East of the Y

We have been selling our fresh, chemical-free produce to restaurants and local markets since 2004. Come buy vegetables at the seasonal farmers market we’ve created for our village.

Homesteading Apprenticeship Program: 6-Month High Desert Homesteading Immersion Program

WHEN: April – October 2027

WHERE: Lodestar Gardens Learning Center

Receive an immersive homesteading education across three high-desert growing seasons. Students will reside at our off-grid small-farm permaculture campus, undertake an independent research project, and develop practical competency in all 8 components of homesteading. Graduates earn the Lodestar High-Desert Homesteading Certification and gain eligibility for the next phase of our 3-tier student-to-steward program. Seeking driven creatives, philosophers, farmer-poets, & budding homesteaders for our first cohort of homesteading apprentices. Limited admission.
