SAVE THOSE SEEDS! No matter the size of your garden. . . Lodestar Learning Center FARM DAY go-ers helped themselves to seeds for their gardens, while hungry spring bees focused on turnip, radish, beet, kale spinach blossoms . . . hummm. What kind of honey shall we call it–salad honey of the White Mountains? Meanwhile, Kaci swallowed a goat magnet. Ducks, chickens, and young goats are kid favorites on Farm Day. We added our leaf paint hand prints to high tunnel walls. Art and agriculture go hand-in-hand at Lodestar Gardens Learning Center.
